We are a global ecosystem present in 7 countries, boosting the personal and professional development of women with three main pillars: training for personal and professional growth, combating gender-based violence and promoting work opportunities for financial independence.

In Brazil, our application stands out for its wide acceptance, reaching a significant number of downloads and offering a wide range of courses.

Furthermore, it is recognized as the application with the highest number of affirmative job openings for women in Latin America, strengthening our leadership in this important social aspect

We expand our influence through a publishing company, TV show, podcast, and written column, all dedicated to amplifying women's voices.

Adapting to different cultures, we operate as Mujeres Positivas in Mexico and Colombia, Women Plus in Italy, Femmes Positive in France, Positive Women and "She Said" in Dubai and Positive Women in the United States.
