Alessandra Nahus

Our Positive Woman is Alessandra Nahus, businesswoman, advertiser, postgraduate in Business from the University of California (UCLA), who has made her perspective on business and the economic scenario and trends a powerful asset. Name at the head of AN Holding, today he works on the front line of Espaço A +, Dona Filó and O3. “I dream of being a great job creator and leaving this legacy to my daughter, the same as my father left to me. When you help others, God will always be by your side and there is nothing better than this feeling. Seeing the achievements of people under your management, within the businesses you created is very gratifying, for me, this is my greatest pleasure”, he says.

1. How did your career start?

I have been working since I was 17 years old, but I started in 1998 as a businesswoman, through my first hairdressing salon. I've always had blood in my eyes to do something different, functional and innovative, something A+, that really stands out from the rest in the public eye.

2. How is the business model of Espaço A+, Dona Filó, the O3NT sewing house, formatted?

I believe it is necessary to format my business daily. Every day I have an idea, a vision, a certainty, then this idea takes shape and forms until it reaches where my feeling speaks loudest. In all my businesses I think about whether I would use this service, whether I would frequent it, whether I would consume it, because I am a practical human being and I like good things with good value for money, I don't believe in businesses that aren't like that. For me, practicality, quality and cost-benefit are essential to creating a good business.

3. What was the most difficult moment in your career?

Certainly when I opened the door of my first business. I was very young and knew absolutely nothing. I got hit a lot. I felt that everything was new and, furthermore, I didn't have a lot of capital to materialize all my ideas, this was my school in the business world. Today, when business is presented to me at the holding company, I can clearly see what works and what has no future or doesn't make sense.

4. How do you manage to balance your personal life x corporate/entrepreneurial life?

A woman is a different being. Sometimes I ask myself how do I do it? I'm very organized and detail-oriented, I joke that I sleep working.  I really don't stop thinking for a minute. I wake up executing everything I planned during my sleep for the good of everyone and I leave everything organized to pay attention to everything and everyone. I also created a team in my office, which I consider to be my right hand. Heads and a great commercial team.

5. What is your biggest dream?

Being a great job creator and leaving this legacy to my daughter, the same as my father left to me. When you help others, God will always be by your side and there is nothing better than this feeling. Seeing the achievements of people under your management, within the businesses you created is very rewarding, for me, this is my greatest pleasure.

6. What is your greatest achievement?

Being able to show who I am and when we really want something, being able to show how far you can go. I dedicate most of my time to my work, I work very, very hard, so I want to conquer this job market in a different way, I want to fulfill dreams that the people who work with me would never have thought of achieving. And this will be my greatest achievement.

7. Book, film and woman you admire.

Book: “The Ciranda of wise women”. Film: “Scent of a Woman”. Woman I admire: Michelle Obama
